Periodically, there have been community related issues that have been made known to the Co-Tenancy Committee and this page will attempt to help with these issues. It is important to first note that the Committee is made up of fellow owners to manage the property and ensure fees are received to cover these services and bring to the owners attention any upcoming issues. As everything must be voted upon by the owners, the Committee has no formal legal rights or authority.
Traffic Safety
Concerned owners should speak with neighbours and express concern constructively. The Committee is not a traffic law enforcement body and we have previously spoken to an Ottawa community policing constable on these matters. They are more than willing to confidentially approach any speeders or parents of children to bring awareness and education perspectives if owners reach out.

Loud cars in the Tim Hortons Parking lot late at night
For owners on Heartleaf who have a backyard facing the Tim Hortons parking lot, this seems to be the new hangout during the summer for people to rev their engines and yell during the summer months. When this happens, call the police.
